The article describes the reactive changes of the reproductive system of rats against the background load Schroth sesame seeds. The experiment involved 80 - and 32 females - male one month of birth, weighing 190-210 g, were divided equally into 8 groups, affiliation prepared meal of sesame seeds in the form of a suspension at a dose of 10 mg / 100 g body weight, 1 ml. Meal suspension was prepared in distilled water. Control animals received distilled water 1 ml. The animals were monitored daily. Depending on the duration of receipt of sesame seed meal in the rats was assessed fetal (pre-and post-implantation) death of the fetuses; underdevelopment, manifested by a decrease in body weight and cranio-caudal size of fruit, as well as the state of the reproductive system of males and females. The experiment revealed that the additional workload Schroth sesame seeds has gonadotropic effect, which manifests itself in males increasing mass ratio of the testes and prostate cancer; reduction of pathological forms of sperm; females in reducing atretic bodies mature ovarian follicles increases. Depending on the duration of the meal proceeds to the body of females showed an increase in the average number of pups per litter and implantation sites based on a female, reduction in total mortality of embryos, weight and cranio-caudal size of fruit, as well as the mass of the placenta. Marked decrease in the likelihood of hemorrhage in the meninges of fruits and nonsignificant increase in the probability of local bleeding, possibly due to the increase of blood clotting.
