The implementation of the rights of workers at the insolvency of the employer guaranteed by the norms of international law in the Russian economy

This article analyzes the norms of international law governing the legal status of employees in the event of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the employer. In the field of the subject there are norms of the ILO conventions and recommendations, definitions at the sphere of research, legal grounds, the procedure and mechanisms for satisfying the requirements of employees at the case of insolvency. In order to correctly understand international labor standards in the designated area, the authors of the article study the necessary conceptual apparatus in the field of labor relations and in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy). In conclusion the article contains an answer about the level of the realization the mechanisms established by international law to protect the rights of workers in the event of employer insolvency in the Russian Federation.
