Implementation of the state policy on the preservation and strengthening of traditional values in the sphere of literature and book publishing

The article presents the activities of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation in the sphere of implementing state policy on preserving and strengthening Russian traditional spiritual and moral values of Russian society, theoretically substantiates and reveals a set of targeted measures for its implementation, including through the formation of nationally-oriented content. The main emphasis is placed on the release of socially significant publishing products reflecting the traditional values of Russian society; on the organization of book exhibitions, festivals and fairs; on participation in international book fairs to promote Russian culture and traditional values abroad; support for literary gifted youth and improving the writing skills of young writers; promotion of traditional values on the Internet and in the media. The tasks of improving the scientific basis of state policy on the preservation and strengthening of traditional spiritual and moral values by means of literature and book publishing are set. The current range of relevant areas of research and development in the field of book sciences is defined.
