Process-procedure modeling of realization and mastering of research abilities discloses the contents of the second stage of the author's conception on scientific training of postgraduates and young teachers in medical school after the diagnostics and developing of their research knowledge, abilities and skills. In order to provide the organization functioning of the model of realization and mastering of research abilities the author presented the process of education as the interaction of pedagogical instrumental facilities and procedures: the participation of a postgraduate in the scientific gatherings, the creation of the new scientific data, the integration of the author's new knowledge into the process of education, development of methodology to teach new knowledge. The peculiarities of each procedure are disclosed by the mechanism of its functioning which has a cyclic character. The educational concept is directed to organizational-pedagogical activity, developing stable research abilities for teachers innovations and bringing them up as perspective and successful researchers who can realize their scientific ideas and integrate new knowledge into the process of education, providing the application of the results of their scientific discoveries into practice. The process is oriented to the mastering of abilities, enabling the teacher to accumulate the resources of his research competence to provide his professional growth as a scientist.
