Implementation and protection of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation

In this article, the author analyzes the implementation and protection of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation. The work concludes that the restriction of human and civil rights and freedoms is the boundaries established by federal laws for constitutional purposes, the framework, the limits for the realization by a person (citizen) of his rights and freedoms, commensurate with these goals. Taking into account international human rights standards, the Constitution allows for the possibility of restricting human rights and freedoms in a state of emergency. At the same time, restrictions on the right to life, dignity of the individual, the right to privacy, freedom of conscience, freedom of economic activity, the right to housing, as well as the right to judicial protection are not allowed.
