Realization of the idea of the right of justice in the constitutional law of the Russian Federation

The article examines previously unexplored aspects of the influence of the idea of the right of justice on the constitutional law of the Russian Federation, expressed in the formation of legal doctrines and institutions of constitutional law on the basis of the idea of the right of justice, the creation and functioning of extrajudicial mechanisms for ensuring human and civil rights in Russia within the framework of a universal civilizational approach. Attention is drawn to the influence and continuity of institutions that arose on the basis of the application of the right of justice.
