Physical education is a long, organized educational process aimed at raising healthy, cheerful, fully physically developed people. In this article, we describe the author’s program «Innovative design development competencies ACT students on discipline «Physical training». The Programme is based on elements of the humanistic educational technologies (developmental education, natural and self-reective technology person, student-centered learning, cooperative learning, technology rating). Thus, the program ensures the formation of a systematic approach to the acquisition of knowledge on physical culture and healthy lifestyles, development of personal qualities that are basic to the formation of general and professional competence of the future expert. The need to consider the process of building individual educational trajectory student associated with the creation of conditions for the fulllment of the individual with the necessary achievement of learning objectives
