Implementation of innovative approachesto organizing vocational training of RBIM students

The implementation of an innovative approach in the educational process of private educational institutions of higher professional education «Russian-British Institute of Management « is discussed. The innovative approach consists of four main ideas, corresponding to the main objectives of vocational training of students associated with meeting the needs of the individual, society, and the production of the educational sphere. These include the idea of humanization, integration, advanced education, continuing education. The principles of implementation of an innovative approach, forms, methods, tools, optimization of continuous educational process of preparing students for future careers, their integrative relationship.
