Implementation of the concept of ideal property as a factor of improving the protection effectiveness of the proprietor’s right

The article examines the implementation of ideal property in modern social relations. The subject of the research is the norms of civil law governing the property right. The aim of the study is to reveal the main factors of improving the effectiveness and protection of the property right, through the implementation of the concept of "ideal property". The study uses the comparative legal and philosophical dialectical method of research, as well as methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis. The author substantiates the idea of the need for the implementation of property rights, within the framework of property rights, as a factor of effectiveness and protection of the proprietor’s right and a factor aimed at improving the level of implementation of the rights of citizens in a social state. The results of research can be applied in the future when teaching a course of civil law and writing research papers.
