Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method implementation for financial analysis of a «Province pharmacies» firm are considered. Researched pharmacy network affiliates are described with a set of inputs and a set of outputs. Inputs reflect the affiliate s production potential and marketing abilities. Outputs show the results of affiliate s activity. The scheme for developing the recommendations to improve the company s activities is offered.
