The article discusses the implementation of interdisciplinary connections of the disciplines «Physics», «Mechanics» in a military university. The relevance of high-quality professional training of officers and cadets of military universities is substantiated. The reasons for building the teaching of physics and mechanics, taking into account interdisciplinary connections with military professional disciplines, are determined. The structure of intersubject communications of disciplines «Physics», «Mechanics» and military- professional disciplines is presented. The types of intersubject communications are revealed. It is concluded that the design and implementation of interdisciplinary links between the disciplines «Physics», «Mechanics» with military-professional disciplines by logical alignment of the goals of studying the curriculum, topics and the phased inclusion of practical tasks can improve the formation of general technical competence of cadets.
