Implementation of human and civil rights and freedoms in the city of Ozyorsk

In that article guarantees of human and civil rights and freedoms at the municipal level, and specifically - in the city of Ozyorsk are considered. Special attention is paid to research of the constitutional and legal norms which regulate human and civil rights and freedoms, and also federal legislation on restricted administrative and territorial entities. An attempt of solution of the most actual problems in the field of implementation of human and civil rights and freedoms in restricted administrative and territorial entities by improvement of the current legislation is made.
