This article reveals the features of the legal model of public-private partnership "coordinated market economy" in the military-industrial complex of Germany. It is noted that in Germany, the largest PPP projects in the field of defense, an example of which was the transformed British PFI model, are projects in the form of joint public-private companies. The article reveals the peculiarity of the German PPP model, in comparison with the "liberal British" model, which consists in stricter control over the activities of the private partner.
