The role of an individual in a group increases upon the transition to a market economy and the entry of Russia into the World Trade Organization. The maximum use of personnel potential is one of the main conditions of efficiency of management efforts in the field of quality. The motivation system at the enterprise is practically absent in Russia. Thereupon, a questionnaire poll was carried out and the methods of personnel motivation are offered.
