The realization of the project - technological method in the system of continuous - discrete professional development

The article deals with the possibility of improvement of medical staff and pharmaceutists professional development by using androgogic principles. It also stresses the importance of institute teachers' training to use telecommunication technologies and continuous-discrete professional development on the basis of the project-technological method.
