The article presents in a comprehensive and coherent manner the proof that understanding of socio-personal competence by students as a resource and means of building the culture-congruent environment of professional activity allows to develop motivation and skills of the interlocutory individual perception for choosing and mapping out his/her specific life journey, his/her personal and professional accomplishment.
