The implementation of inclusive education programs in higher educational institutions (the Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University)

The Russian Federation state policy in the field of education aims to obtain a higher education by all categories of Russian citizens. Implementation of an inclusive approach in education requires higher education institutions to create a special environment that meets all the students with disabilities needs. The opportunity to study and receive a degree is the best way for future successful integration. Consideration of some issues of inclusive educational programs` is described in this article.
