Implementation of the Russian state program "Global education"

The available experience of realization of the Russian state program "Global education" is considered. For what conditions and mechanisms of development of system of higher education in Russia, and also industrially developed countries were originally detailed. Already on this basis the Russian program "Global Education" supporting training of Russians abroad was considered.
