Реализация строительных проектов как фактор развития регионального инвестиционного процесса

Актуальность рассматриваемой темы обусловлена тем обстоятельством, что исследовательские вопросы, связанные с реализацией строительных проектов, выступающих фактором развития регионального инвестиционного процесса, являющегося, в свою очередь, неотъемлемой частью инвестиционной подсистемы региона, требуют комплексного подхода к их изучению. Был применен метод статистического анализа для изучения набора данных: инвестиции в основной капитал по видам основных фондов в Российской Федерации; объем работ, выполненных по виду экономической деятельности «Строительство»; ввод в эксплуатацию зданий в российских регионах: жилые и нежилые здания, здравоохранение, учебные здания, коммерческие и промышленные здания. Дано теоретическое обоснование исследуемой темы. В ходе проведения исследования была уточнена авторская трактовка дефиниции «строительный проект». Рассмотрены региональная инвестиционная политика и ее компоненты, в том числе ключевые факторы, влияющие на инвестиционный климат регионов. Автором выделены пять ключевых факторов, влияющих на развитие регионального инвестиционного процесса, а также определены эффекты от реализации строительных проектов для развития региона. Обозначены ключевые перспективы и эффекты от реализации девелоперских проектов в регионах, а также некоторые аспекты развития строительной отрасли. Сделан вывод о том, что реализация строительных проектов является одним из важнейших факторов развития регионального инвестиционного процесса.

Implementation of Construction Projects as a Factor in Development of the Regional Investment Process
The relevance of the topic under consideration is determined by the fact that research questions related to the implementation of construction projects, which are factors in the development of the regional investment process, require a comprehensive approach to their study, as this process is an integral part of the region’s investment subsystem. A statistical analysis method was applied to examine a dataset comprising investment in fixed capital by types of fixed assets in the Russian Federation, the volume of works performed in the economic activity sector “Construction,” and the bringing into service of buildings in Russian regions, including residential and nonresidential buildings, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, and commercial and industrial structures. During the research, the author’s interpretation of the definition of “construction project” was made more precise. The regional investment policy and its components were examined, including the key factors influencing the investment climate in the regions. The author identified five key factors affecting the development of the regional investment process and outlined the effects of implementing construction projects for regional development. Key prospects and outcomes from the implementation of development projects in the regions were shown, as well as certain aspects of the construction industry’s development. It was concluded that the implementation of construction projects is one of the most important factors in the development of the regional investment process.
