Implementation of cross-functional communication techniques in modern education

The authors examine the experience of cross-functional communication of teachers of special and humanitarian disciplines, aimed at organizing interaction between departments and intensifying the assimilation of information by students. A plan for implementing the technique of cross-functional communication is presented gradually using the example of two disciplines such as Fundamentals of Medical Translation and Pathophysiology. Examples of tasks and questions offered to students are given. The rationality of this approach in the development of metasubject skills is practically confirmed, the positive dynamics in the development of professional and linguistic competencies of students is proved. The expediency of joint development of a special teaching aid is substantiated. It is proved that this type of cooperation helps teachers to acquire relevant skills, develop meta-subject skills, and professional communication. This technique is a powerful tool in the system of continuous improvement; it saves time and intensifies the perception and assimilation of information by students
