The problem of realization of international standards concerning the rights of female juvenile convicts in the Russian legislature is under study. The author provides comparative analysis of domestic and foreign legislature in the sphere regulating the rights of juvenile convicts basing on the results of the social and criminological survey conducted in a corrective colony.
