Speech activity, speech culture and standard of speech. Concepts to define

The article considers the problem of correlation between the speech activity and the speech culture. The author reveals different approaches to the notions «speech activity» and «speech culture», specifies the content of the definitions, as well as defines concretely meanings of the similar definitions «speech culture» and «speech standards». Reference to the interpretation of the notions in the foreign linguistics is considered to be a peculiarity of the work.
