Speech mistakes and levels of language competence

The article describes speech mistakes of individuals represnting different levels of language competence (low, medium, high). It is asserted that the level differ not in specific types of mistakes but in a relatively stable correlation of percentages of mistakes of different types. The correlation changes according to the language competence level.
