Verbal strategies and language means of the implementation of the intention of the hyper-addressant of the news text covering the international activities of V. Putin and Xi Jinping

The article deals with the idea of the hyper-addressant in the context of which the author of the text and the publication are considered as an integral subject of the speech with the general intention of the influence on the mass audience. There is determined that the specific features of the publication have influence on the intention of the hyper-addressant and the ways of its implementation. The author analysed the news texts of two different publications (“RIA Novosti” and “Komsomolskaya Pravda”) and distinguished the basic verbal strategies and tactics in these mediatexts.
