The article analyzes the works of contemporary authors, representing a particular artistic direction - Orthodox fiction developed in the Russian literature of the last decades, the interpretation of biblical stories in a literary text. Evangelical plots and motives are demanded in a modern fiction, they dictate special structure of a narration. The subject scheme built on the basis of autobiographical material in works of authors-priests more keeps the initial pritchevy structure which is most approached to the primary source. God's action of Trade is comprehended as execution of a request prayer of the person who is initially trusting to the Meanings concluded in the Gospel. In the works of secular authors become emblematic of the situation of illusion, drawing showing the state of soulless modern society. Parable story remains a need in the author's interpretation, based on the desire to expose the modern writer moral pathos of the work.
