The article analyzes the works of contemporary authors, representing a particular artistic direction - Orthodox fiction developed in the Russian literature of the last decades, the interpretation of biblical stories in a literary text. Evangelical plots and motives are demanded in a modern fiction, they dictate special structure of a narration. The subject scheme built on the basis of autobiographical material in works of authors-priests more keeps the initial pritchevy structure which is most approached to the primary source.
