The register of unscrupulous suppliers is not a new measure of civil liability. However, right now this mechanism is at the peak of its development. Which determines the relevance of the work. The author analyzes the main regulatory and legal sources regulating this process. Based on the legislation, a list of actions that may entail inclusion in the RNP is provided, and the procedural aspect is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the scientific debate on the legal nature of the registry institute. In conclusion, the author comes to the conclusion that there is no unified approach to the legal nature of such a type of liability as inclusion in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. In addition, there is no unified approach to this issue in law enforcement practice.
