Reflexion as a factor of college students' professional competence formation

The inclusion of reflexion in the scientific analysis is of utmost importance because reflexion ensures comprehension of one’s inner world, self-organization and understanding of the profession. The article analyses the influence of reflexion on college students’ professional competence formation. The paper presents the authors’ research outcomes which prove the thesis that professional competence is formed less effective in the absence of reflexion development conditions.
