The article reveals the essence of the teacher's reflective competence, characterizes the motivational, value, cognitive, activity, reflexive and personal components. It highlights the stages and Levels (intuitive, reproductive, instrumental, creative) of the teacher's reflective competence, considers the technologies and forms of organizing the educational process in the system of improvement qualifications of primary school teachers aimed at the formation of reflective competence.
