В статье представлены современные взгляды отечественных и зарубежных авторов на вопросы этиопатогенеза, диагностики и лечения одного из наименее изученных и трудно поддающихся лечению осложнений травм и оперативных вмешательств на коленном суставе - рефлекторной симпатической дистрофии (РСд) или комплексного регионарного болевого синдрома I типа (КРБС I типа). Цель обзора - ознакомить широкий круг травматологов-ортопедов с данным грозным осложнением для улучшения результатов его диагностики и лечения и сокращения количества ненужных повторных операций на коленном суставе.
