Reform of unitary enterprises

The article examines the problems of reorganization of state and municipal enterprises, the validity of their transformation into other organizational and legal forms. The main objective of the study is to identify how necessary the reform is, what risks exist during the liquidationor privatization of unitary enterprises. It is also proposed to evaluate foreign experience and thepossibility of its application in the Russian Federation.
