Regional bi-corporative system of continuous multilevel training of scientific staff for the hi-tech factories of fuel-energy and petrochemical complex

In article are observed mission and problems of creation and effective functioning of regional bi-corporative system of continuous multilevel training in a technical university of the scientific staff for the hi-tech factories of a fuel-energy and petrochemical complex. The special attention is given to designing of integration the organizational-methodical communications of social partners on implementation of special-purpose functional-subject-oriented of engineering staff training. The model of pedagogical system of formation at students professional research compe-tence is presented.
