Regional policy in the field of development of the institute of mentoring

Russia has an active policy regarding the popularization of mentoring as one of the forms of employee adaptation. The state's interest is manifested in several directions. They relate to improving labor productivity, youth policy and education policy. Measures are being actively taken at the regional level to ensure the implementation of the state policy in the field of the development of the mentoring institute. However, in order for this to be carried out effectively, there are a number of obstacles. One of such obstacles is the lack of full-fledged legal regulation of relations arising from mentoring in labor legislation. The conclusion is made about the possibility of using the legal experience of regulatory regulation of mentoring in the public civil service, taking into account the specifics of labor relations.
