Regional cultural institution: in search of "finding" its territory, small town and rural settlement

Regional cultural institutions are actively working towards optimizing their activities and strengthening their influence (control) over the accountable territory, small town, rural settlement. This multi channel methodological search is going on with varying success simultaneously in several directions: work with the image of territories; development of the cultural environment; cultural landscape; activation of work on cultural and historical heritage; expansion of cultural and leisure space; creation of information coordination centers, theme parks, etc. The purpose of such searches is one optimization and promotion of the territory, small town, rural settlements and the formation of the creative economy and the economy of impressions.
