The novelty of authors' consideration of regional aspects of students' mathematical culture education as a component of individual's general culture lies in taking into account a specific character of professional activity against the background of postindustrial society increasing role. The regional aspects of student's mathematical culture education in the bilingual environment are explicated from the position of historically conditioned national culture of an individual.
