With the development of the national financial system, issues related to the development of the securities market will become increasingly important. To date, the regional aspects of the functioning of the stock market is not given enough attention. This article discusses the current state and the specific features of the regional segment of the Russian securities market. Particular attention is paid to measures of regional securities market and increase its role in the functioning of the national stock market.
