Regional innovation clusters as a factor of investment attractiveness

The article deals with the regional innovation clusters. The purpose of the study is to analyze the presence and the development level of the regional innovation clusters in the investment-attractive regions. The research results have revealed the correlation between the presence of well-functioning triple helix model (state - university - enterprise) in the innovation clusters and the region''s investment attractiveness.
