Regional features of incidence and disability of the children's population, ways of their prevention

Results of five years' monitoring the indicators of children and teenagers incidence, and also children's disability in Orenburg oblast are presented in article. Favorable tendencies in the form of growth the birth rate, decrease in primary and general incidence of children at increase in indicators of children's disability are established. Sharp fluctuations of indicators of children's disability in the territory of the region that testifies to various quality and availability of medical care are noted. On the basis of the revealed changes, and also results of questioning the parents of disabled children ways of prevention of children's incidence and disability are offered.
