Regional population health index as a major factor in planning the health care system

The health care system of the country and the development of Health must take into account the distribution and planning costs for medical services. The selection of these indicators takes into account the health index as part of the integral index of quality and standard of living, as measured by life expectancy at birth, and at the regional level. At this level of measurement of health, regions should not be limited to one exponent and objectively consider more of them.
