Regional lymphotrophic therapy using therapeutic plasmaleucocytapheresis of small volume for detoxication and immune correction in patients having the small pelvis in flammatory disease

The scientific substantiation of using plasmacytopheresis of small volume with regional introduction of drugs as a method of detoxication and immune correction in the complex of therapeutic measures in the small pelvis inflammatory disease is given in the article. It is concluded that regional lymphotrophic therapy with therapeutic plasmaleucocytopheresis of small volume resulted in smoothing immunologic imbalance of T- and B-cells basic populations, increased phagocyte neutrophils activity, decreased absolute number of leucocytes, activated antioxidant system enzymes which allowed to change unfavorable course of pathologic process in short-term period and to receive immune correcting efficacy.
