Rulemaking of innovative business-processes of space-rocket industry enterprise

The role and condition of the space-rocket industry in Russian economics at the present stage are considered in this article. The problems of management of innovative activity in the space-rocket industry enterprises are shown. The neсessity of increasing of management effectiveness of innovative business-process with using rulemaking methods for the scienсe-intensive enterprise is justified. The modern approaches to innovative business-process rulemaking are considered. The approaches of the method for innovative business-process rulemaking are offered in this article. The decision procedure of rulemaking of innovative business-process of knowledge-intensive enterprise as the base instrument for improvement of innovative activity of space-rocket industry enterprise is made. The universal method of business-process rulemaking is offered for using by knowledge-intensive enterprises.
