Regulation of the using of artificial intelligence in the educational process

The author studies the problems of regulating the using of artificial intelligence in the educational process. The National Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence for the period up to 2030 is analyzed, the ways proposed in it for the implementation of the system in question in education are evaluated. The current standards for the use of these technologies, set out in GOST standards, are analyzed, attention is paid to proctoring and the content of "basic data", and ways to improve these areas are proposed. According to the author, it is advisable to introduce artificial intelligence into Russian education, provided that these technologies will perform an instrumental role. The author believes that it is necessary to regulate the use of this system in the federal law, in which, along with the general principles, there will be chapters on the use of appropriate technologies in certain areas, including education.
