Regulation of liability involving an unmanned vehicle with elements of artificial intelligence: administrative and legal aspects

The work discusses some issues related to the administrative and legal regulation of liability involving an unmanned vehicle with elements of artificial intelligence. The article makes an attempt to substantiate the need to consolidate administrative responsibility in this area. This need is caused by the technological revolution, which brought society the free use of a vehicle with elements of artificial intelligence. The paper concludes that the possible consolidation of administrative liability with the participation of an unmanned vehicle with elements of artificial intelligence is possible within the framework of Chapter 12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which is devoted to administrative offenses in the field of road traffic. The author emphasizes that such responsibility should exclude objective imputation.
