Regulation of cost management process for the milk production in agricultural organizations

As studies in agricultural organizations showed the problem in the cost management is the lack of the process regulation. In the article the mechanism of the costs management regulation process for milk production through responsibility centers has been observed. Novelty and practical significance of the article is to develop specific reporting forms for each cost center, as well as regulations on managing the cost of milk production.
