Respiratory control by means of singing during physical activity

Бесплатный доступ

Respiratory rhythm control during the execution of motor actions with a high frequency and intensity significantly increases efficiency. This control does not allow the effect of hyperventilation of lungs and the spasm of respiratory muscles to occur. One of the ways of learning to control the respiratory rhythm is to execute motor actions, accompanied by singing. This method allows keeping a personal, efficient respiratory rhythm, prevents it from becoming frequent and irregular, and, therefore, keeps in balance the gas exchange process in working muscles and provides muscles with the necessary amount of oxygen.
