Regulation of the work of employees in the creative field of activity

The article discusses the regulation of the rights of workers in the creative field of activity in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work is to analyze the content of labor relations between employers and art workers, including underage workers, and identify existing gaps in legislation. In the course of the study, various regulatory legal acts were studied, which made it possible to analyze the modern system of organizing work in the creative field. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that it is necessary to make some changes and introduce new provisions into the labor legislation of the Russian Federation to ensure its compliance with the needs of modern society.
