Regulation of the currency curses in instability Russian economy

In this article by the authors were considered the exchange rate of Russian national currency - ruble (RUR) - during the crisis and economics instability. Were analyzed the views of economic scientists specialized in this problem, monitored the effectiveness of the measures and methods of exchange rate regulation, carried out by the RF Central Bank (Russian Bank) and by the Russian Government of Russia; were proposed the possible methods of stabilization and strengthening the ruble course (RUR).
