Regulators of the output of non-state producers of social services

The study provides rationale for determining the ways to regulate the output of non-state producers of social services. As a research method we have used a set of regression models to identify the impact of infrastructural and institutional methods on the output of non-state producers of social services. The results obtained show that currently the infrastructural and institutional methods of regulation are sufficiently developed; however, the reason for the weak hybridization of the social services is the low coverage of non-state actors in the sector of social services by incentive methods.
