Digitalization has become the main trend of modern life. Digital technologies penetrate all spheres of human life. Innovations have also affected the life of the younger generation. The purpose of the work is to describe the impact of digitalization on the development process of a younger student. The authors offer recommendations to parents on the development of children in the era of digitalization.
