The International Labour Organisation recommendations in the general jurisdiction court practice in the Russian Federation

The International Labour Organisation (hereinafter ILO) recommendations, that contain international soft law norms which are not binding, play an important role in the international labour law. The provisions of these acts are applied at the national level, including through their use by judicial organs when making decisions on labour and related public relations disputes.
