The article considers the main provisions of non - monetary forms of remuneration. A comparison of international forms of non - monetary remuneration with typical forms for the practice of organisations of the Russian Federation is given. The effectiveness of the use of non - monetary forms of remuneration in solving difficult problems of production functioning is shown.
